Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items such as scratch guards, drive belts, and plastic fasteners.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@vonenergy.in .

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
