Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • Customers may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Replacement is applicable if the product is received in a defective condition or has physical damage, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A fresh replacement unit may be provided if the product is not functioning properly within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported to our website support team. The request will be reviewed and verified by the V-on Energy team.
  • Verification results are typically communicated within 24 hours of receipt of the product by us.
  • If the product received does not match the description or specifications shown on the website, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In case of replacement approval, the complete product package, including accessories, will be picked up by a courier arranged by us.

Cases Where Replacement Is Not Allowed

  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products that have been physically used, tried, or altered in a way that makes them unusable.

Please note that no return or refund is provided. Only replacement within 7 days of delivery is applicable.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Orders placed under Same Day Delivery cannot be cancelled.
  • No cancellations are accepted for products purchased under special occasion or limited-time offers.

Product Pricing

  • Product prices listed on the website are current, but errors in pricing or data entry may occur.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where the price displayed was incorrect. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international cards, applicable exchange rates and bank charges will apply.
  • Orders are billed at the price effective at the time of payment and invoice generation.
  • Products are subject to GST as applicable in India.

Security

  • All transactions are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption with 1024-bit security.
  • Credit and debit card information is not stored by us. Payment details are handled directly by authorized payment gateways.

Out of Stock Situations

While we strive to keep all products in stock, if a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will process a refund accordingly.

Delivery of Products

  • Orders are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses across India.
  • Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at the time of order placement.
  • We are not responsible for damages after delivery is completed.
  • Shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery and noted on the Proof of Delivery.
  • If the order shows “Delivered” but has not been received, it must be reported within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling charges vary based on product size, weight, packaging, and location. Charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
